Time to Go Roman and do as the Romans did. This fantastic Flexiroute Europe holiday tour begins in Paris and finishes in Rome – just try not to do too much pillaging along the way.
From Paris it’s off to beautiful Belgian Bruges with its winding streets and medieval canals. Find even more canals in Amsterdam, as well as the Anne Frank House, one of the city’s must-see-before-you-do-anything-silly sights. Cross the border with great memories (but nothing naughty!) into Germany. Get a history lesson in Berlin and Dresden, and tour an old internment camp for a reminder that Europe wasn’t always such a happy place to be.
Once you drag yourself out of beautiful Prague and Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic (we know it’s hard!), get your fix of music and culture in the Austrian capital of Vienna. Explore the world’s largest ice caves near Salzburg, have a drink in the world’s best beerhalls in Munich. Prepare your eyes and ears (and stomach!) for the treats that await you in Italy as you head through Venice, Ancona (if you want to jump on a ferry to Croatia, Ancona’s your spot), and then onto Rome, where ancient buildings, culture and fantastic food await. The perfect way to end your meandering holiday.
