Day 1 - Ruaha National Park
On arrival Dar Es Salaam , take your scheduled flight to Ruaha National Park in Southern Tanzania, offering exceptional scenery, habitats and wildlife viewing. Ruaha is one of Tanzania great parks yet receives very few visitors because of its remoteness. As a result the 4x 4 game drives are very rewarding. Meals and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge (LD)

Day 2 - Ruaha National Park

Day 4 - Katavi National Park
From Ruaha, we fly to Katavi National Park which receives less than 300 visitors yet contains super-abundant wildlife. In this mesmerizing, desolate wilderness, buffalo herds and hippo pods can stretch as far as the eye can see, especially in the dry season. The game experience here is unlike anywhere in Africa and you will feel utterly privileged to travel through this magnificent game country. Afternoon shared game drive. Day 5 - Katavi National Park

Day 7 - Mahale National Reserve
After breakfast, fly to Mahale National Reserve. There is no better way to end your safari than at the exclusive Nkunge Camp, a wonderful haven on the golden shores of Lake Tanganyika. Completely isolated from the rest of the world, the camp allows guests to follow chimpanzees which live in the Mahale Mountains, just behind the camp. As you return from this utterly absorbing adventure and dive into the warm waters of Lake Tanganyika at sunset, it will dawn on you what a special place this is, a place of pure Nirvana. Day 8 - Mahale National Reserve
